Who we are

Anvil AI Solutions (“Anvil”, “we”) builds operating software for landscaping companies and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Anvil website and workspace at try-anvil.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to eliotchamberlain10@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create and recognize your account. If you sign in with email, we store the email address you used. Access to the workspace is by invitation, so we also keep the list of invited email addresses.

Workspace data. The records your company enters or imports into the workspace: customer accounts, contacts, properties, opportunities, estimates, jobs, schedules, crews, inventory, purchasing, notes, tasks, and any photos or documents you upload, such as site photos for Landscape Studio.

Phone agent data. If your company turns on the Anvil phone agent, calls to that number are answered by an AI agent. Recordings, transcripts, the caller phone number, and the details the caller provides (name, address, what they need, and any appointment booked) are stored in your workspace so your team can review them.

Technical data. Sign-in session cookies, and the IP address, browser type, and pages visited that a web server records in the normal course of serving a site. Our hosting provider collects anonymous, aggregated page-view analytics that do not identify you.

How we use it

To run the workspace and keep you signed in, to store and show your company’s records to the people you have invited, to answer and log calls for the phone agent, to generate estimates, plans, and renderings you ask for, to respond when you contact us, to keep the service secure, and to fix problems. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your workspace data for advertising.

Google user data

We use Google sign-in only to verify who you are. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture and nothing else from your Google account. We do not read your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Contacts. If your company later connects a Google Calendar inside the workspace so the phone agent can check availability and book estimates, we use that access only for those two purposes and stop when you disconnect it. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small number of service providers, each bound to handle data only on our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Google (sign-in), ElevenLabs and Retell (the phone agent’s voice and telephony, when a company turns it on), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI (image generation for Landscape Studio, only for the photo you submit), and Sentry (error reporting). These providers operate in the United States.

Cookies

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect against forged requests. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data stay for as long as your company’s workspace is active. When a workspace is closed, or when you ask us to delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days and purge it from backups within 90 days, except where we must keep a record to meet a legal obligation.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, stored in a database that enforces per-company access rules, and reachable only by the people your company has invited and by the small team at Anvil that operates the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it, by writing to eliotchamberlain10@gmail.com. You can revoke Google’s connection to Anvil at any time from your Google account settings under “Third-party apps and services”.

Children

The workspace is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced inside the workspace.
